Matthew Dillingham, MBA, MDiv - Founder
As a seasoned leader, I bring over 20 years of experience in Operations, Finance, and Communcations to churches and non-profit organizations. My belief that the church can be a transformative force in the world led me to pursue both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Divinity.
This eventually led to me starting Virtual Executive Pastor, an organization that provides administrative and operational support to churches of all sizes. As someone who has worked alongside other Pastors, I know the time and toll it takes on people when facing not only their pastoral duties, but also the administrative work as well. It is my goal to make the lives of Pastors easier, so they can focus on their mission of serving the church.
Prior to joining Virtual Executive Pastor, I spent eight years as an Executive Pastor where I helped the churches I served develop and execute strategic plans to grow their ministries and reach more people with the gospel. My work there included budgeting, financial analysis, communications, staffing, IT, facilities management and process improvement. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by pastors and church leaders, and I use this perspective to help churches develop practical, effective solutions to their most pressing problems.
