There are many different sized churches with very different needs, and we want to provide the best value to each church. We offer a Service Block or Pay As You Go Model that allows you to purchase a block of service hours based on our initial conversation.

Nope. All we ask is that you provide us with a 30 day notice if you are not satisfied with the work we are doing or have decided to go another direction.

Your church may need some additional software during out time together. We believe the organization and should own their own software and data. We are only administrators on the platform, so you will remain in full control.

Nope. We are in this for the long haul. It is our desire to partner with religious organizations for as long as they need us and to provide them with the services that they need to fulfill their mission. We actually do the work instead of just talk about how to do things.

Yes! It does not matter to us which flavor of Christian your organization is tied to.

Since we are Executive Pastors and Administrators, we partner with our trusted colleagues at Appling and Associates to handle our bookkeeping and payroll services.

We will partner with your organization and Appling if you decide to use our bookkeeping and payroll services. Beyond their services Virtual Executive Pastor will provide ongoing financial analysis and strategic guidance.

We do not markup their service fees.

We do not, which allows us to be flexible. Our interactions will be via video meetings, phone calls, email, and instant messaging.

We have learned that costs increase significantly when we go in person. Our goal is to help churches save money and become more effective. Us hanging out in your church does neither.

Typically. We focus on the day-to-day operations and administrative work that needs to get done. We can help you get your strategies moving forward, and even help you develop a new strategy or two.

Nope. We can and will work with anyone, be it a committee member, the Senior Pastor, or any other liaison that can represent the church.

Yes, we can perform those duties for you. Please keep in mind that all services are virtual.
